Welcome to the Greater Buffalo Food Allergy Alliance (GBFAA).
Our mission is to share information, tips, and experiences to ease the challenges of living with food allergies as well as to raise awareness in the community through outreach programs and presentations.
We do this by:
• providing practical coping tips, recipes, networking, resources, and information for families with food allergies
• helping schools, daycare centers, preschools, camps, and other groups prepare for children with food allergies. Presentations are provided for a nominal donation.
• raising community awareness about the severity of life-threatening (anaphylactic) food allergies
• supporting FARE and other national organizations in funding research on food allergies.
